The agency believes in and welcomes measurement of Brand Fluency activities initiated in partnership with clients. To aid this, we have developed a Return on Fluency (ROF) model which measures the strategy against: Business Objectives, Brand Differentiation, Depth of Audience Impact. This model is customized for various categories, competitive situations and marketing programs and can be adapted to a variety of client situations. The model requires both internal and external fronts of a brand be aligned around Brand Fluency and, thus, is applied to client needs on a case by case basis.
