Buntin Group Wins Kentucky Lottery Digital Business
The Kentucky Lottery Corporation has named The Buntin Group its digital agency of record after a four-month competitive bid process.
Kentucky is the third lottery relationship for Buntin, which has served as full service agency of record for the Tennessee Education Lottery since 2008 and Hoosier Lottery media agency of record since 2016.
“Buntin brings more than a decade of experience in our industry to the table, which puts them in a position to immediately have an understanding of how our business operates,” said the Kentucky Lottery’s Sr. VP of Sales and Marketing Steve Casebeer. “We’ve been very impressed with their team, and look forward to growing sales with them.”
Funds from the Kentucky Lottery support college grants and scholarship programs across the state, including the Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarship program. Since its founding in 1989, the lottery has generated over $4.3 billion for the state.
“This win reflects the strong digital media, creative engagement and channel offering we provide as an agency,” said Buntin Group President and CEO Jeffrey Buntin, Jr. “We are excited to work as a partner with the Kentucky Lottery and to reestablish agency presence in the Commonwealth, which we see as a strong opportunity in the future.”
Services provided by Buntin will include creative, production and media planning and buying for digital media. Work for the Kentucky Lottery is underway.
