Buntin Group Leads Nashville ADDYs for 13th Straight Year
Nashville, Tenn. (February 21, 2010) - The Buntin Group was honored with 43 ADDY Awards at the American Advertising Federation Nashville's (AAF Nashville) annual creative competition held February 20 at Limelight Nashville. Buntin led the competition for the 13th consecutive year, winning 8 Gold and 35 Silver ADDYs among its total - along with Copywriter of the Year and a Judges' Choice Award.Work for agency clients including John Deere, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, Tennessee Education Lottery, RBC Bank, SERVPRO Industries and Robert Bosch Corporation were among the entries to receive recognition.
Jason Wright, Group Creative Partner, was named Copywriter of the Year for his work on the Tennessee Education Lottery's "Big Checks" campaign designed to increase awareness of the frequency and amounts of lottery winnings by Tennesseans. It marked the fourth consecutive year that a Buntin Group writer has earned the award. A television commercial from the campaign - "Big Pens" - also earned a Judges' Choice Award.

The ADDYs® are the advertising industry's largest and most representative competition, attracting over 50,000 entries every year in local ADDY competitions. The mission of the
ADDY competition is to recognize and reward creative excellence in the art of advertising. Now in its 44th year, the Nashville ADDY Awards is the first of a three-tier competition conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF) which culminates in the prestigious National ADDYs.
